Our goal is to enable our clients to do in-house fiscal and community impact analysis with minimal effort by staff during set-up and daily use of the software. We also give our clients excellent professional support if they need assistance completing analysis or interpreting results. We are your trusted advisors, coach and supporter for the long-term. Our web-based solution allows us to access your files and help you with advice on applications and interpretation of results. We can also do some of the analysis for you if you don’t have the time.

In 1994 InfraCycle recognized the need of municipalities to have a better understanding of the bottom line short and long-term costs and revenues resulting from land use plans and development proposals. Municipalities need InfraCycle so they can complete impact analysis beforea decision about land use is made. Many of our municipal clients were experiencing financial challenges and needed a fiscal analysis tool. The first version of InfraCycle was developed in 1995 and it included analysis of land use potential, lifecycle costing and municipal revenues. Over the last 10 years, the functionality has expanded to include impact of development and land use plans on community services, a more robust revenue model, cash flow projections, 3-5 year operating budgets and data transfer capability to GIS products and other municipal data bases.

We want to grow with our clients and all functionality in our software is client-driven. It is intuitive, easy to understand and use. Most clients after only a few hours of training can complete their first analysis. It only takes a few hours to learn not days or weeks.
