InfraCycle software products calculate the cost of municipal infrastructure, which supports land use plans for greenfield and brownfield applications. The software calculates capital, replacement, operating and maintenance costs for municipal services such as: roadways, sidewalks, streetlighting, sidewalks, parkland, recreation facilities, stormwater management, waste disposal, hydro electric services, schools and transit service.
The software also calculates revenues generated from land uses from sources such as: application fees, property taxes, water charges, sewer charges, waste disposal, user fees and development charges. Costs are compared to revenues to compare shortfalls and surpluses. Indicators are used to provide easy references and comparisons of costs and revenues.
