Training

InfraCycle Software Ltd. is dedicated to providing ongoing support to municipalities through its on-line and on-site training programs.  Optional training programs are available to meet the needs of our clients.

Knowledge Transfer

Training programs provide clients with the transfer of knowledge from our qualified staff, partners and existing clients. Knowledge transfer is encouraged through interaction of clients who share experience and case studies. Clients need information resulting from fiscal impacts but often do not have the time to gather data. Different levels of service are available to suit client requirements. 

Our user manual and training manuals are available to clients who prefer to learn using the self-help learning process. On-line and telephone training are available as required. 

We gather data and create templates for applications thereby saving valuable staff time.  We set-up the software, gather data, complete assessments of levels of service, complete fiscal impact assessments and train staff in the process.
